Install the tool from download device tab. After then, to run the device, you need to double click on a connection diagnostic tool icon. Next, perform the below steps:

Diagnose Connection tab:Though this tab, you can confirm the computer set up and make sure that the company data file is accessible from a PC (no matter whether configured as single-user or multi-user).In case,if you fail to correctly set permissions or unblock firewalls or ports, you may have the error.

Test Connectivity: This area allows the user to check their workstation’s connectivity.See below directions to test your PC’s connectivity:

  • To locate company file, make a click on the button next to Company File field.
  • Look for the appropriate company file. Then pick ‘Change Hosting Server checkbox’.
  • Hit OK.
